What you'll do:

On your first day, we'd love for you to have:
  • Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst working in technology or digital function, or in a consultancy role providing technology advisory services
  • Excellent analytical skills for both business and technology solutions to enable the development of business process and/or technical solutions, including documentation of business problems in a clear concise manner
  • Demonstrated experience in requirements gathering and documentation, business process modelling, user story creation, functional/non-functional analysis, and business case development
  • An avid interest in digital trends and delivering successful outcomes
  • Proven experience in engaging and collaborating with different stakeholders to tackle interesting technical problems and challenges
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems Management, Accounting, Finance or a related field
  • Demonstrated work experience in a professional role firm delivering advisory services in technology.

To qualify for the role you must have:
  • Worked in a similar Business Analyst position for at least 2-5 years with a focus on technology or digital functions
  • Ability to understand and identify business rules and processes
  • Conducted process mapping and requirements gathering workshops with non-technical stakeholders

It's great, but not required, if you have:
  • Previous industry experience would be ideal
  • Experience in engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Hands on experience with technologies including application development, coding, analytical tools, business process tools or Cloud services
