My client in Basingstoke is on the look out for a Purchase Ledger Officer on a long term temporary assignment. If you are immediately available and willing to travel to Basingstoke 2 days a week then this is a great opportunity!

Description
- Managing and supporting on outlook inboxes
- Monthly submission of payment certificates to subcontractors
- General team, office and reception support duties
- Checking Subcontractor statements and actioning payments where can
- Attend departmental meetings as required
- Supporting with payment runs (on request)
- Actioning all Technical and land invoices and actioning for payment when submitted through inbox
Profile

- 3 GCSE's or equivalent qualifications including Maths and English
- Experience working in a commercial business environment
- Good understanding of Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook
- Excellent analytical skills and organisation
- Strong mathematical and IT ability
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to work to high degree of accuracy
- Excellent communications skills
- A good communicator/listener
