We are looking for an Officer to work in Cash Management Team in Global Delivery in Fukuoka Office.

The team you will be joining is a part of State Street Global Delivery (SSGD). SSGD gives asset owners and managers access to the essential financial tools they need to deliver effective investment solutions. From core custody, accounting, fund administration and shareholder recordkeeping, to complete operations solutions and servicing for alternative assets like OTC derivatives, private equity and real estate, SSGD’ tools help our clients make better investment choices and act on growth opportunities.

What you will be responsible for

The responsibilities include:

  • FX back office operations including CLS process which will be introduced Japanese Trust Business.
  • Confirm FX deal with Investment Manager, FX bank, send settlement instruction to Global Custody
  • Data input to the several systems.
  • Cash transfer operation by using Swift, BOJ Net, SMBC Web.
  • To confirm the cash receipt and payment of each Nostro account and prepare cash transfer
  • Future possibility to lead the team, projects

  • Knowledge of accounting could be advantage
  • SWIFT knowledge and experience (nice to have)

Education and preferred qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree or above in Accounting, Finance or Economics
