[Description] Lead Business Analyst - Core Banking Implementation
The role will support the successful delivery of the Core Banking Platform stream, with a particular focus analysing, documenting, and ensuring successful transition and migration to the Platform vendor's ledger solution. The role will be working within the Ledger stream in concert with the ledger Vendor, Banks IT, and stakeholders such as Banks product, finance and operations business areas.

Tasks / deliverables
* Ledger Requirements Analysis (including: Planning, Elicitation, Analysis, Documentation, Validation, Quality Assurance and Requirements Management, end to end traceability)
* Define product, business, CX and UX requirements for The Ledger platform, across CMA (North Platform Cash Mgmt Account), Lending, and Deposit products.
* Support and Implement Key Components of Proof Of Concept, Due Nov 2017 in concert with Bank IT and the Vendor.
* Contribute to 2018 Design planning with Banks Data Stewards and Bank IT, and Banks Application Architecture, and Ledger Vendor.
Mandatory or prior experience / domain knowledge
* Retail Banking
* Overseeing a team of 4 plus BA's
* Core Banking Platform Implementation domain experience.
* Business Analysis, financial services and insurance.
* Domain expertise in IT data management domains, financial data management
Systems knowledge
* MS Office, MS Excel.
* Knowledge of Banking IT environments helpful. Jira, Confluence.
* Knowledge of Temenos, Bancs, or other core banking platform configurations in AUS, UK, or NZ contexts.
