Commercial Finance Manager (FMCG Sales)

You will be providing partnership to the Sales Departments in strategic decision from a finance perspective. You will also take a proactive role in controlling the business performance and supporting the Sales Managers to achieve targeted result. Play a key role in the continued development of deliverables including reporting, budgeting and planning process by partnership with the business leaders across the company.

Description

• Support and advise sales managers in communicating and understanding financial and business performance
• Review and Monitor Net Sales and Trade Spend. Analyse and examine Trade Spend patterns and instil business manager behaviour / ROI culture and create P&L awareness across the organisation.
• Analyse and interpret information on trade investment performance and report trade investment trends that need business attention
• Management and optimisation of trade spend targets, ensuring they are in line with company's objectives
• Assist to enforce current trade spend control process and look into opportunity to strengthen trade spend control

Profile

• Degree in Finance and Accounting (Professional Qualification will be added advantage)
• Strong business partnering and communication skills
• Proficient in Excel and SAP
• Ability to drive business directions and work with all stakeholders
• Good interpersonal, strong business acumen and attention to details
