Your role
Do you have a proven anti-money laundering and know-you-client experience in a banking environment but you would still like to learn more? Do you know how to get things done? Are you a professional and structured change manager? Are you able to communicate with diverse stakeholder groups and work with them to drive results? We are looking for someone like that who can:

• act as project manager for our Financial Crime Prevention (FCP) Change Program
• represent all FCP functions in a multi-year Change program, affecting 50% of all data feeds consumed by FCP
• in close cooperation with Monitoring, Surveillance & Control, oversee the Single Client View program implementation for the US divisions
• adhere to given scope and budget restrictions in a dynamic and challenging environment
• understand, analyze and document requirements and business cases
• identify opportunities for IT and process improvements
• interface with IT on the design and testing of solutions
• support and follow-up investigation of questions, issues, and defects
• keep program managers and stakeholders informed of progress
• ensure compliance with policies, standards and regulatory requirements

Your team
You'll be working in the Financial Crime Prevention Change team within the wider Group Compliance and Regulatory Governance (GCRG) function. We are a global team that drives the change portfolio including e.g. Transaction Monitoring, Initial and Ongoing Due Diligence, Case Management, Client Risk Rating, Risk Assessment, etc. We focus on protecting the capital and reputation of the bank by making sure we become a best-in-class Financial Crime Prevention function.

Your expertise
• a degree in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or Business Administration (or equivalent work experience)
• knowledge in banking, AML, and/or IT
• an understanding of software development lifecycle, with experience in working in an agile project and using collaboration tools such as JIRA, PPM, Confluence or Gitlab
• analytical and documentation skills with the ability to provide practical solutions
