Brand controller position, bp with business and dealling with diverse channels

Need to travel to Shenzhen every month

Description

*Participate in month-end closing process and responsible for brand's management reports
*Develop analytical reports on request and other tools to support the achievement of business objectives
*Deep-dive channel performance analysis, highlight and investigate significant issues/ concerns, analyze variance between actual figures vs. plan, and make recommendations/implement corrective measures to top management
*Actively involved in annual budget building and rolling forecasts in a year, including sales & margin, store & back office fixed costs, Working Capital, CAPEX etc.
*Provide pre-post ROI analysis for variant projects, such as marketing spending, store openings, etc. and other new investments

Profile

At least 8 years solid experiences in a retail/FMCG company as commercial finance role
At least 3 years successful team management experiences
FDD experiences is a strong plus
Bachelor's degree in Business/Economics/Finance preferred, Master is a strong plus.
