Job Title: Account Executive  

Department:  Finance

Reporting to: Finance Manager

Job Purpose: To assist Finance Manager in the daily operations

Educational/Professional Qualification: Minimum requirement Degree holder or ACCA, Poly Diploma in Business Admin, Finance or Accounting, ACCA level II

Working Experience/Exposure:

  • 5 years of experience supporting finance and accounting  
  • Experience in leading a group/team of accounting staff
  • Experience in using accounting software e.g. UBS, Accpac Good in MS Office like WORD, Excel
  • Good inter-personal and communication skill
  • Pleasant personality
  • Able to work independently under pressure and detailed oriented
  • Preferably with driving licence
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to harness financial data to inform decisions Independent solution seeker

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely and accurate closing of accounts.
  • Review of various set of accounts and accounting staff work
  • Filing of GST return
  • Payroll matters
