Your role as a leader

Managers across our Firm are expected the following:    

• Planning, overseeing and administering staff resource and job portfolio;
• Upholding the audit quality to ensure the compliance with approved accounting and auditing standards;
• Supervise the work of audit team members providing guidance and motivation to drive maximum performance; and Identify significant accounting/auditing issues, propose solutions and report them to the Audit Partners.

If you are:

• Good knowledge of accounting and auditing standards and relevant laws;
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills;
• Desire to empower people;
• Team player;
• Good time-management skills;
• Good interpersonal and communications skills;
• Member of/ or eligible for Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA); and Degree holder in Accounting or equivalent professional qualifications with at least 5 years of post qualifying experience including audit of public listed companies.
