Responsibilities:

• Performance of cash allocation related tasks:
  • Posting incoming payments
  • Resolving unallocated cash items
  • Customer accounts reconciliation
  • Preparation of various reports and their analysis
• Cooperation with customers, logistic and other departments
• Execution of sales orders, ensuring timely deliveries to customers
• Invoicing process
• First line contact and support to OTC related queries
• Process improvements
• Participation in internal projects
• High quality of performed tasks and activities

Requirements:

• Understanding of accounting and taxation principles 
• Very good knowledge of English, additional European language is an asset
• Minimum 2 years’ of accounting experience
• Relevant secondary education ( or post-secondary accounting training)
• High level of customer service and very good communication skills 
• Knowledge of SAP ERP package is a plus
• Good MS Office skills
