With this in mind, we are looking for a seasoned legal recruiter to join our legal team.
Description
Reporting to the Associate Director, you will be a key pillar in our legal team and will be inheriting a warm desk. You will be performing the full recruitment cycle and will be a key partner to legal firms and blue chip multinationals. You will establish business relationships with key business and HR leaders and should be confident to deal with multiple assignments concurrently. Working in a team, you will be sharing commercial leads and will also receive referrals from other businesses. Last but not least, your client portfolio should progressively grow and you should be tracking that on a periodic basis.
Profile
Ideally, you should have a degree from a reputable university with at least 2 year's of working experience in a legal recruitment field. Individuals in a legal profession can be considered for this role. You are a highly driven individual with a sales / commercial mindset. You enjoy networking within the legal sector and has a flair for influencing business leaders. You possess strong communication and presentation skills and is able to strive in a competitive work environment. You should be a team player and is keen to perform in a blue chip corporate setup.
