Regional Finance Director

Listed in NYSE, my client is a blue chip multinational and a well known leader in the professional services sector. They have been known to partner the world's top companies and help to shape their business and strategies. As a result of recent business expansion, there is now a need to recruit a high calibre Regional Finance Director to their regional office in Singapore.

Description

Reporting to the Regional Managing Director and CFO, you will be expected to lead the regional finance teams across the different markets and be in charge for most finance activities. As a key business partner and advisor, you will tasked with managing forecast meetings and drive revenue performance while working closely with business stakeholders. As the finance advocate in the region, you will be leading accounting, controllership and taxation matters. You will also participate and lead in regional initiatives especially from the finance perspective.

Profile

Ideally, you have a degree in Accountancy and is Chartered Accountant qualified or equivalent with at least 12 year's of post graduate experience. Initial experience in a big 4 accounting firm is beneficial in the role. You have a track record of success in leading regional finance teams as well as the commercial acumen to partner top management. You possess excellent communication and presentation skills and is able to influence and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders. Industry experience in a professional services sector is a nice to have.
