Due to the company's rapid expansion, we are looking to further grow our Finance Team which forms part of our Support Operations Centre, located between Bristol and Bath.About the role: This Management Accountant role sits within the Mainland Europe Team and could be within the specific country BAU team or the Integration team, dependent on the status of the entity and the business requirement. This role could be working in any of our growth countries, dependent on timings, competencies, and potential language skills. As such, a flexible approach is required as it's likely that the post holder will either need to work on acquisitions for more than one country, depending on the pipeline, or move across to the BAU team with the clinics once BAU ready. You will be accountable for the timely and accurate production of new acquisition P&L's and Balance Sheets, and the ultimate handover or transfer of the clean ledgers to the BAU Management Accounting team.What are we looking for?
  • Qualified Accountant
  • Experience in Management Accounting role in similar sized business
  • Ability to adapt and be flexible, the team portfolio is constantly changing so the post-holder will need to be able to react to the needs of the business
  • Excellent IT skills, including advanced excel
  • Strong attention to detail
  • An enquiring nature to be able to confidently deal with the variety of different challenges presented by each territory
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships both within the SSC and with the wider in-country team
  • Relevant language skills (desirable, including but not limited to Dutch, Finnish, Norwegian)
