As the Accounts Payable Assistant, you will be accountable for the accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices and staff cash expenses through to payment.
Client Details
My client is a well-established business based in Brighton area, but working on a remote basis the majority of the time.
Description
As the Accounts Payable Assistant, your role will include:
- Accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices onto Agresso
- Accurate processing of all Domestic and International payment runs.
- Migrate payments from Cheque to ACH or Wires transfers
- Reduce daily urgent payments to assist cash management
Profile
To be successful in your application, you should have:
- Experience working in invoicing remit
- Ability to maintain clear and accurate financial records
- Ability to multi-task effectively
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
