The role is to ensure that the overall finance sales strategy is being delivered, using various methods such as monitoring of pipeline and opportunities, term profitability from new business, and continual learning via investment committee and post-investment appraisal processes.

The key responsibilities of the Senior Commercial Finance Manager are:

• Support the development of sales operating model

• Review for alignment of sales/business strategy across all sales bids
• Working with the finance team to co-ordinate the sales team inputs for planning cycle including:

• - Annual / in year sales and profit impacts
  - Market / sector breakdown

Profile

The successful Senior Commercial Finance Manager will be:

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified
• Have a background in retail or hospitality
• Strong analytical capabilities coupled with successful business partnering
• Excellent communication skills with people at all levels in the organisation
• Demonstrable experience of influencing senior stakeholders

Job Offer

The package on offer for the Senior Commercial Finance Manager is:

• £75,000 - £80,000 salary
• £5000 car/cash allowance
• 15% discretionary bonus
• Lunch allowance for office working days
• 6% matched pension
• Hybrid working model - 2/3 days a week in the office (near Bank station)
