Financial Controller - HK Listed Company

Reporting to CFO, you will lead a sizeable finance and accounting in Hong Kong to maintain local market in good maturity and develop growing PRC market.

Description

Reports to the Chief Financial OfficerProvide solid financial advice & budget planning and forecast to top management to drive and lead business directions and strategiesTrack financial performance of the BUs, closely partner with BUs for corporate developmentAssist management in monitoring, reviewing & consolidating accounts & ensure all practices are in legal complianceReview group consolidation, support company secretary, lead annual tax planning and annual audit Drive managerial staff for implementing financial system upgrade and automation projectsMonitor cash flow to ensure financial resources are used in an efficient mannerHandle ad-hoc projects

Profile

Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting or relevant disciplines with professional accounting qualification Minimum 20 years relevant experience with CPA firms and HK listed Companies, ideally in manufacturing, entertainment, media and e-commerce industry Strong technical and business acumen with an entrepreneur & strategic mindsetStrong communication, presentation, and analytical skills
