Key responsibilities

  • Manage day to day queries from clients and providers;
  • Manage the portfolio management system in respect of the portfolio activity of the company funds under management;
  • Execute trades and handle confirmations and reconciliations;
  • Prepare report for the fund activity, the department or the company management;
  • Support in the system set-up and onboarding of new clients;
  • Support the Conducting Officer in charge of Portfolio Management in the departmental activities.

Key requirements

  • A University degree in Business Administration, Finance or related fields;
  • 1-3 years’ experience ideally in a Management Company or Service Provider;
  • Fluency in English, both in written and verbal form;
  • Ability to deal with multiple tasks, switching quickly and meet deadlines;
  • Ability to manage internal and external relationships with providers and clients;
  • Ability to process data and information swiftly and correctly;
  • Ability to work with initiative, take ownership, responsive and good organizational skills;
  • Flexible and accountable on assigned tasks;
  • Ability to work well individually just as well as collaboratively.
