Enterprise Operations is looking for a Business Analyst Intern. The ideal candidate for the Business Analyst intern position will have the skills and experience necessary to:
- Build strong relationships with business partners and operations groups to meet the ever-changing demands of a technology-driven financial world.
- Identify and create various metrics for analyzing issues and meeting SLAs (Service Level Agreements).
- Enhance reporting outputs and data visualization.
- Review, analyze and evaluate business processes, procedures, and user needs.
- Drive processes and improvement initiatives by gathering and documenting business requirements.
- Utilize Agile Project Management and methodologies.
- Identify and recommend solutions based on sound technical practice.
- Conduct tests or test planning sessions, provide input for feasibility, and prepare user documentation and follow-up evaluation.
- Communicate both verbally and written with internal customers and management.
- Work independently and collaboratively in a team environment to complete assigned work.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Highly motivated individual looking to grow their career at the forefront of banking technology.
- Working toward a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or other related fields.
- Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills to work in a team environment with the ability to work with management, peers, and other staff.
- Good presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Microsoft Power Apps, Power BI or Power Automate knowledge a plus.
- Microsoft Azure DevOps knowledge a plus.
