What you'll need to succeed
You are looking for a permanent role and have a solid accounts payable/bookkeeping experience with strong administration skills. You will have high attention to detail and will be able to organise and manage your own workload. You are outcomes focused and approach your work in a mature way with a positive attitude. You are known to be someone who enjoys supporting your colleagues and the business to achieve success.

Your new role
- Perform AP reconciliations, timely and accurate processing of transactions
- Ensure accurate data entry, invoicing and supporting documents and approvals are complete
- Confirm coding of invoiced transactions are correctly allocated and job costed
- Purchase orders - raise POs as required
- Administrative duties, filing, scanning, archiving and other ad-hoc tasks as required
