Due to the company's rapid expansion, we are looking to further grow our Finance Team which forms part of our Support Operations Centre, located between Bristol and Bath.
About the role: Due to considerable growth in Mainland Europe we require an Assistant Management Accountant to join the team.This role sits within the Mainland Europe Team and could be within the specific country BAU team or the Integration team, dependent on the status of the entity and the business requirement.This role could be working on any of our growth countries, dependent on timings, competencies and potential language skills. As such, a flexible approach is required as it's likely that the post holder will either need to work on acquisitions across countries, depending on pipeline, or alternatively move into or across to the BAU team with the clinics once BAU ready. This role, and the Management Accounting team generally are fundamental to the Company's group strategy of Acquire, Build and Create.The post-holder will be accountable for the timely and accurate production of P&L's and Balance Sheets, working with the Management Accountants and wider stakeholder group across the business to deliver the monthly results.

What are we looking for?
- Excellent IT skills, including advanced excel
- Strong attention to detail
- An enquiring nature to be able to confidently deal with the variety of different challenges presented by each territory
- Completed AAT Level 4 / CIMA certificate level papers / ACCA fundamental knowledge papers
- Ability to adapt and be flexible, the post-holder will need to be able to react to the needs of the business and thrive in a fast-paced, often changing environment
- Experience in assistant management accounting roles preferable
- Deadline focussed, and willing to put in the effort required to ensure they always meet them
- European Language skills are desirable, IVC Evidensia have a presence in several European countries
- Experience of Open Accounts would be advantageous
