Due to the company's rapid expansion, we are looking to further grow our Finance Team which forms part of our Support Operations Centre, located between Bristol and Bath.

About the role: This role will involve sales reconciliation work, ownership and production of surgery P&Ls, balance sheet reconciliations, and liaison with the surgeries regularly. The SMAM will manage a small team, reviewing their work as well as providing support and guidance to ensure current processes are efficient and fit for purpose helping identify areas for efficiency gains to support the next phase of growth. You will deal with the more complex in-country queries regarding their results, providing support to Takings as well as generating P&L explanation and commentary to the surgery Business Support Managers each month.

What are we looking for?
  • Fully qualified CIMA / ACCA / ACA level or equivalent
  • Demonstrable commercial and line management experience.
  • Well experienced in management accounting roles in similarly sized organisations
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
  • Excellent IT skills including advanced excel, and confidence on various management reporting systems
  • Deadline focussed with strong attention to detail, able to deliver right-first-time results quickly, and willing to put in the effort required ensuring they always meet targets.
  • Comfortable working within a clinical environment where compassion is a requirement
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, able to work well within the team, and communicate effectively
