As APAC Executive Finance Manager – Oilfield Services. you'll develop innovative solutions to deliver customer outcomes. You'll manage a team of experts across financial Planning and Analysis. Taking ownership for Regional Profit & Lost.

As an APAC Executive Finance Manager - Oilfield Services, you will be responsible for:

• Being responsible for a cost center / a profit center - product, project, or service within APAC Region
• Presenting a clear and compelling vision on strategy, business, and support of own unit.
• Persuading business management to change structures, roles, ways of working.
• Leading a department (Oilfield Services) which typically has a multinational scope or leadership roles for large multi-layered organizations with local scope.
• Managing department(s) with high professional level that requires a solid technological and methodological background of the employees working in those departments.
• Dedicating time not only to complex cases requiring interpretation and ad hoc development of rules but is also concerned with developing new approaches, methods, and tools

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have knowledge level that is comparable to a Master level degree
• Have experience in and/or outside the organization with typically 10+ years relevant business experience in Financial Planning & Analysis
• Have held a Chief Finance Officer role previously
• Have extensive experience in managing others
• Have good oral and written communication skills.
• Have good interpersonal and leadership skills.
