Our client is within the technology sector, developing an innovative, one stop digital media solutions for a diverse group of companies. At the forefront of innovation and technology, the company has been successful growing the business in regionally and is now looking for a CFO steer the growth of the business and finance function.

Description

Reporting to the CEO, you will

• Head a finance team of 6 headcounts, be a strong senior finance partner to leadership team
• Work with CEO to identify investment/growth opportunities, develop strategic initiatives to enhance business performance
• Lead funding exercise, source and execute capital market transactions e.g. IPO, M&A etc.
• Front discussions with institutional investors, strategic partners, legal advisors and financial institutions
• Provide finance advisory to management as part of Executive leadership team to drive sound business decisions

Profile

• Degree graduate in Business/Finance/Accounting, with at least 13 years of working experience
• Strong leadership experience as a CFO in a regional capacity, exposure to corporate finance transactions like M&A, IPO, fund raising
• Commercially driven, able to execute business strategies, preferably within the technology sector
• Tenacity to excel, confident to communicate with C-Suite stakeholders
