Description

• Initiate, plan and coordinate financial planning and budgeting process, aligned with guidelines and control cycle
• Manage finance team to ensure personnel planning aligned with relevant policies and procedures
• Develop and ensure realization of year plan/budget for the finance department and be a business partner to process relevant strategy, policies, and procedures
• Ensure compliance of operations with guidelines for financial administration including internal and external regulations
• Coordinate day-to-day accounting administration and processes, in line with local legislation and standards and internal procedures
• Prepare or significantly contribute to the preparation of periodical cost reports, trial balances, balance sheet, profit and loss statements and application of funds by using defined standards and procedures.
• Manage, coordinate, maintain and/or improve administrative activities and systems in line with internal requirements

Profile

• Experience in financial control such as budgeting/planning is a huge plus
• Solid accounting and tax knowledge
• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Mandarin
• At least 8 years working experience of Finance field
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Must have have minimal 2 years of leadership experience
