Your new role
You will be responsible for managing all operational, budgetary and processes of the finance department to maintain controls, including but not limited to;

  • Staff management - Leading by example and reflecting the company's core values
  • Ensuring corporate policies are adhered to
  • Providing business support and analysis to operational managers
  • Identify areas of risk and/or growth
  • Management and monitoring of company cashflow
  • Preparing both monthly and annual financial accounts
  • Liaise with all key stakeholders and external Auditors



What you'll need to succeed

  • Qualified Accountant (CA/CPA full member or equivalent)
  • Proven track record in leading and managing people
  • Experience in formulating new strategic and procedures
  • Audit background (ideally Big 4, but 2nd tier acceptable)
  • Minimum 10+ years' accounting and tax experience
  • Excellent communication and IT system skills
