Description
- Partner with internal teams across the business to improve operational efficiency's.
- Manage two direct reports in a high performing FP&A function which encompasses Business Intelligence and product costing functions.
- Be a commercial sounding board to company finance director.
- Oversee & lead the standard costs/costing process.
- Analyse date to and derive ways to create value and boost profitability.
- Build strong relationships across all parts of the business.
Profile
The successful candidate will be
- ACA , ACCA or CIMA Qualified.
- Have demonstrated commercial acumen in previous role.
- Be able to develop and maintain business relationships.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Have a knowledge of standard costing processes.
- Enjoy problem solving and be flexible to support the finance director.
- FMCG background ideal but not essential.
Job Offer
- £50,000 to £60,000 Salary. Depending on experience
- Discretionary bonus
