Job Purpose

Reporting to the Head of Funds, UKI. The individual will assist with the operation of the Company from the perspective of strategy, business development, client service and administration of private equity/venture related SPV entities.

The post holder will also develop relationships internally with other TMF offices and externally with intermediaries and clients to develop new business.

  • Exceptional relationship management, business development and leadership skills.

  • Coaches, develops and effectively manages performance of the team.
  • Fully understands the services offered by TMF UKI and TMF Group Fund Services.
  • Will understand the financial implications of decisions on both the business area and Group “bottom line”
  • Develops strong internal and external networks to drive local strategy
  • Is articulate and able to communicate complex ideas in a simple easy to understand manner.
  • Will challenge constructively and make difficult decisions when required.
  • Is aware of client contracts and what is W.I.P/’out of scope’.
  • May manage programmes, ensuring they are within budget.
  • Role model for the team, modelling Group Values and appropriate dynamic work ethic.
  • The trustworthy team member who considers those around them.

Professional experience and qualifications

  • Graduate in a relevant field and a professional qualification. E.g. ICSA, STEP, ACA and or ACCA.
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the fund administration industry, including experience at senior management level
  • A comprehensive understanding of their subject area to explain both the concept and principles to clients, staff and Group representatives
  • Prior people management and leadership experience.
