You will be the finance business partner to marketing and trade marketing team. Main focus will be on financial planning and analysis assisting the company to grow sales volume and market share

Description
- Business partner to Marketing and Marketing leadership.
- Provide analytic support and develop actionable insights that will influence decision makers to allocate marketing spend more effectively
- Provide financial support across planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Prepare E-Comm, NPD, PGA P/L for the business
- Lead Pre & Post evaluation for marketing and festive events, provide recommendation and key learning in the evaluation.
- Prepare and develop pricing structure for NPD or any price increase together with marketing team. Ensure the pricing is aligned to the business strategy.
- Lead the monthly A&P discussion with Marketing and Trade Marketing team. Provide forecast A&P spend on a monthly basis. Reconcile actual vs forecast on A&P spend on a monthly basis. Ensure forecast accuracy by challenging the Marketing Team on their A&P forecast and spend. Gap analysis to be prepared during month end closing.
- Monthly MBR deck preparation on financial slides and ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Profile
- Degree in Accounting or Finance/Professional qualification like ACCA, CPA. Degree in Economics/Business is also acceptable.
- Minimum 5 years working experience in FP&A and business partnering.
