Audit and Accounts Manager

A regional firm of Accountants in Cheshire are currently recruiting for an experienced Accounts and Audit Manager to join their team as a result of the growth of their client portfolio. They are looking for someone to ultimately progress to director level.

Description

The remit of the role will include:

• Taking responsibility for planning, field work and completion of statutory audits in a variety of industries, including substantial groups
• Preparing individual and group statutory accounts under UK GAAP, including FRS102
• Supervising audit teams on site to ensure assignments are completed on time and within budget
• Preparation of corporation tax computations

Profile

You must be either ACA / ICAEW or ACCA qualified and have a relevant professional practice background.
