Contexte :

Within the Digital Department of Christian Dior Couture, you assist the E-Business team in managing our international commercial activity. You will carry out an in-depth follow-up of our business and will carry out analyzes allowing us to take short-term actions but also to define our sales potential in the medium/long term. You will work in close collaboration with the E-Commerce teams at headquarters as well as in our subsidiaries (EMEA / Americas / China / Asia) , and will promote the sharing of best practices. The position is to be filled from June 2022.

Descriptif :

As such, your missions revolve around the following activities:

  • BUSINESS PLANNING

  • • Contribute to the construction of E-commerce sales forecasts for the zones by product category and by collection, based on various internal data sources.• Participate in the definition of commercial objectives by area (weekly, monthly and annual) and define the E-commerce performance indicators required to achieve them (traffic, conversion rate, average basket, return rate, etc.)• Coordinate and consolidate seasonal sales forecasts for the zones as part of the preparation for collection buying sessions (commercial ambition, "open-to-buy" budget).• Be proactive by identifying new business development opportunities but also potential risks by carrying out regular audits and benchmarks with areas and competitors.

  • BUSINESS MONITORING

  • • Support the E-Business team in managing commercial activity by daily monitoring performance indicators with "regard" to commercial objectives by area.• Ensure the update of commercial performance monitoring reports.• Propose optimization paths to develop new dashboards for E-Business teams, take in account the needs of central teams and areas.• Evangelize dashboards with Central teams and different market

  • TRANSVERSES PROJECTS

  • • Participate in the development of new "reporting" tools (management of cross-functional projects with different internal teams).• Contribute to the preparation of monthly business reviews (PowerPoint presentation)• Develop in-depth "ad-hoc" studies in support of the zones on specific issues.

    Profil

    PROFIL
    • Bac+4/5 business or engineering school training• You have excellent analytical and synthesis skills and a strong taste for numbers. • You have excellent interpersonal skills allowing you to evolve easily in an international environment• You ideally have a good knowledge of the luxury industry, Digital activitie and E-commerce.• You have an excellent knowledge of Excel and Power Point. Knowledge of data visualization and web analytics tools is a plus (Power BI, Google Analytics in particular.)• Fluent English required
