Client Details
A growing Steyning based organisation are seeking an Accounts Assistant on a permanent basis.
Description
As Accounts Assistant you will be responsible for:
- Verifying bank details for new suppliers
- Supplier statement matching
- Credit note chasing
- Refund chasing
- Invoice processing for utilities billing
- Price checking on renewals and or new supplier quotes
- Emailing suppliers for information update
- Updating customer credit limits
- Inputting receipts onto accounting package
- Acquiring trade references (credit limits)
- Processing monthly statements
- Credit control
Profile
- Previous accounts and bookkeeping experience required
- Good working Knowledge of Excel, Outlook, Word and other Microsoft packages
- Good working Knowledge of SAGE Software
- Basic understanding of VAT
