Chief Financial Officer

You will be in charge of management, coordination and overseeing of all general accounting and financial activities including group consolidation, ensuring Swiss GAAP and the whole compliance.

You will be also responsible for various adhoc projects.

Description

Main responsibilities are :

• In charge of corporate, accounting, cost control, cash and tax matters
• Financial management of 50 companies including the holding in 3 countries
• Consolidation under Swiss GAAP
• Managing the annual group valuation carried out by a major accounting firm
• Managing all reporting functions
• Leading and managing the in-house accounting team.
• In close coordination with the Development and Acquisition Team, active involvement in deal opportunities analysis and structuring.
• Monitoring of the development projects from a cash flow perspective.
• Active involvement with the CEO in connection with debt and equity financing and structured finance (fund raising)
• Implementing rating for the group's debt instruments
• Coordinating with the COO the legal and compliance topics with FINMA and other regulatory bodies
• Supervision of the Asset Management Team to implement a seamless integration and cooperation between the accounting and asset management teams to generate productivity gains
• Asset Management : finalize the implementation of our data centric asset management platform + digital subject matters.

Profile

The ideal candidate we are looking for :

• 5/7 years in a role of CFO in finance or controlling (in real estate is preferred).
• Proactive, highly motivated, result oriented, and able to work efficiently and under pressure in a demanding and fast pace environment.
• Can do attitude/entrepreneurial drive
