Our client is one of the biggest market player in their industry.

Description

a) GCG
* Consolidate/distribute Spares and Service booking/revenue by BU and location
* Liaise with Sales, Service and Finance to gather Forecast vs. Act for Travel
* Liaise with Sales, Service and Finance to gather Forecast vs. Act variance explanations
* Compute Asia commissions

b) ISG
* Support on weekly revenue update
* Run shipment and backlog reports and update weekly revenue forecast file
* 2+ hours each week
* Support on weekly margin report
* Run shipment report, create pivot tables to summarise, distribute margin report
* 2+ hours each week
* Reconcile shipment report (revenue & cost) to P&L monthly
* General reporting and analytical tasks

c) G&A
* Non-labor spend report gathering and variance analysis for various G&A functional areas
* 3+ hours per month (currently only pulling this data for certain areas, not all)
* Monthly IT Software review
* 5+ hours per month
* Currently done ad hoc and very difficult to gather company-wide
* Report to show timing of renewals, license terms, type of software, etc.

d) Other
* Global Headcount reporting
* Create functional area headcount reporting and distribute to functional area leads
* This would provide total BU reporting + SG&A
* PnP Recurring by customer, product, margin reporting
* PnP R&D Project Allocation reporting including weekly distribution of OTL data

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• A minimum of three years of financial analysis and general accounting experience in public account or private industry. Experience in a global manufacturing company preferred.
• MS Office, intermediate level in Excel, Word, Powerpoint and a range of integrated accounting systems (Oracle background), databases and software applications.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of people in a diverse community.
• Ability to provide technical guidance and leadership to professional personnel in areas of expertise.
• Good presentation skills.
