工作職責 Job Duties and Responsibilities

The post holder will gain diversified experience related to control procedures and compliance within a large non-profit youth organization, and contribute to the evaluation and recommendation on resource utilization within the organization.

• To conduct data analysis, so as to assist in evaluating the economy, efficiency and effectiveness of the use of resources.
• To conduct audit checks, to review the compliance to policies / procedures / guidelines.
• To assist in the review to workflows and procedures, and recommend improvements to strengthen internal controls.
• To assist in the testing and review to the internal controls for the development and enhancement of IT systems.
• To assist in risk assessment and risk management within the organization.

(Experience recognized under HKICPA QP Practical Experience Framework.)

入職要求 Entry Requirements 主修科目 Study Fields：

• Recognized university degree, preferably in Accountancy or substantial credits being gained from accounting related subjects; or
• Registered student of HKICPA QP and have completed the Associate Level of QP; or
• Registered student of ACCA and have completed the Applied Knowledge and Applied Skills exams.

知識及技能 Knowledge, Skills and Abilities：

• Good communication skills, with good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Competent in the usage of common IT applications including MS Excel & Chinese word processing.
• Being able to apply ICT knowledge for building and enhancement of IT systems is an added advantage.
• Being able to handle large volume of data.
• Well verse to latest developments and issues in compliance, internal controls, corporate governance and risk management.

證書、許可證及註冊 Certificate, License and Registration：

•  Student member of professional accounting body is preferred.

• Could work under a busy environment with multi-task.
