Description

• Oversee the accounting bookkeeping, financial reporting and budgeting and valuation process;
• Manage the preparation and organization of financial documents;
• Supervise the accounting team to fulfil internal and external reporting requirements;
• Be responsible for tax and keep good relationship with the Tax Authority;
• Manage the entity's cash flow, liaise with bank on fund arrangements;
• Ensure financial systems and process efficiencies;
• Coordinate with auditors on annual audit matters;
• To support all finance related matter;
• Work on other assignments as necessary.

Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field required;
• Big 4 experience is preferred, pure big 4 candidate also can apply this position
• Proficient in using MS Office and accounting system;
• Proficient in English as a working language;
• Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously;
• Strong analytical skill, communication skill;
• Well organised and able to work independently as well with team members
• Experience in real estate is preferred
• CPA or CFA candidate is plus
