This role is responsible for exceptional finance operational processes, and provide support for commercial teams; Need to strongly integrate into business assumptions and act as a co-pilot to enable business success; Being a bridge between commercial teams and HQ management; Need to Leverage financial and business data to generate insights, and support business strategy and decision making.

Our client belongs to a famous MNC with more than 200 histories in FMCG and retail industry，

Description

*Routinely communicate with sales team and marketing team about company consolidated financial and operational performance trends, historical and forecasted, by means of appropriate metrics or other analytical tools；
*Participant to prepare or upload monthly/quarterly business estimation in due time, and track/analysis the variance between actual vs. estimation；
*Help CFO to review business and accounting operational processes. Design tools to monitor and control risks emerging from these processes. Give recommendations of process re-engineering；
*Prepare monthly actual, forecast financials and various internal management reports, accuracy check and distribute reports to Senior Management on time；
*Participate in the strategic aspects of the annual operating plan and budget process for the company. Support the strategic business planning process；
*Maintain and enhance the routine reports as needed (monthly, quarterly). Develop and maintain financial forecasting, budgeting, and operational models.

Profile

*Bachelor degree or above, accounting or financial related education background；
*More than five years experience in controlling or internal control preferably in retail or FMCG industry；
*Familiar with SAP system ；
*Strong knowledge of US GAAP and PRC GAAP；
*Good complexity management and financial analysis ability；
*Fluent written and oral English.
