Your field of responsibility:

Join us as an AVP within one of the world’s leading Asset Managers franchises. As part of the team, applicant work with Vice Presidents and Directors to produce monthly MIS reports, including assets under management (AuM), net new assets (NNA), revenues, and other key parameters for location and risk management performance measurement. Responsible for weekly NNA reporting, including corroboration of flows. Serve as a subject matter expert for Global AuM. Analyze annual steering framework changes and required implementation. Developed existing Business Intelligence implementation with focus on higher automation levels and analysis across products, sales channels and regions.

Your skills and experience:

  • We are looking for an applicant who will serve a significant role within the Asset Management Finance Group reporting directly to the AM AuM officer
  • Advanced knowledge in Excel with ability to articulate, report and present on significant events
  • Able to monitor monthly information, controls, and reports working closely with business/product team
  • Improve control framework to check and monitor quality of information being delivered for accurate reflection of external published results
  • Design new reports, provide system improvements, and standard settings to improve clarity of financials, trends, performance indicators, and efficiency measures
  • Perform regular, ad hoc, and deep-dive analysis for executive management, business areas support, and regulatory reports
  • Maintain open communication with teams abroad and other CS divisions
  • Work on projects to improve data quality, timeliness, and delivery of business information to increase operational performance. Incorporate new concepts and tools to measure and report profitability
  • Monitor new and amended regulations by working closely with Regulatory Assurance and Accounting Policy Group to assess the impact on Credit Suisse businesses, processes and systems
  • Support in the various stress testing exercise such as DFAST, LPA and CCAR by working with regulatory team to run and report statistical projections using linear regression models in R under various stress scenarios
