Your field of responsibility

Join us as an AVP within one of the world’s leading Asset Managers franchises. As part of the team, you work with Vice Presidents and Directors to produce monthly MIS reports, including assets under management (AuM), net new assets (NNA), revenues, and other key metrics for location and risk management performance measurement. Responsible for weekly NNA reporting, including corroboration of flows. Serve as a subject matter expert for Global AuM. Analyze annual steering framework changes and required implementation. Developed existing Business Intelligence implementation with focus on higher automation levels and analysis across products, sales channels and regions.

Your skills and experience

We are looking for an applicant who will serve a meaningful role within the Asset Management Finance Group reporting directly under the deputy to the CFO.

  • Detailed technical understanding of Basel IV RWA and IHC RWA regulation including US GAAP Balance Sheet and Leverage Ratio Exposure
  • Advanced analytic, financial modeling and reporting skills, R language, CCAR & Dodd-Frank
  • Financial foresight including familiarity with forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and related skills
  • Demonstrate phenomenal problem-solving skills and possess proficiency on Microsoft office applications
  • Detailed understanding of the different kinds of investment strategies such as Hedge Funds, Fixed Income, Equites, Real Estate, Credit, Fund of Funds and Multi Class Asset Allocation.
  • Collaborate closely with business controllers to prepare quarterly / yearly capital projections (RWA and LRE)
  • Submit divisional capital usage requirements to the firm CFO for quarterly capital limit approvals
  • Continuously supervise the actual capital usage against the quarterly approved limits and ensure compliance to the limits.
  • Lead and support various regulatory process / projects such as IHC RWA, Basel IV RWA, Fin 46 Consolidation and CCAR.
  • Work closely with product managers, administrators, fund accountants, financial controllers, and legal team to acquire look through of the financial required under the BASEL III improved EQIF framework
  • Support in the various stress testing exercise such as DFAST, LPA and CCAR by working with regulatory team to run and report statistical projections using linear regression models in R under various stress scenarios
  • Work with the CCAR central team in developing PPNR model in Pace/Propel system
  • Responsible for monitoring NSFR, RSF and ASF for AM on monthly basis
  • Gain expertise in FTP 2.0 treasury model and allocate the treasury cost to AM businesses
  • Prepare and present senior management metrics highlighting key issues and remediation status, progress on pivotal initiatives, as well as other key items requiring Senior Management partner concern.
