SUMMARY

PCCS is an innovative, award winning, not for profit organisation dedicated to delivering positive outcomes in the health and social welfare sectors.

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to manage overall finance functions of the organisation, including management reporting, audit support, budgeting, forecasting, developing financial models, reporting, accounts payable and receivable, and payroll.

As a Finance Manager, you will also be responsible to oversee improvement of financially related internal controls and processes across the wider organisation and to support the operations through effective management.

THE ROLE

  • Oversee and manage all finance functions including, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, fee-for-service billing, reporting and other financial matters.
  • Prepare, analyse and report on financial information including, budgets, expenditure, forecasts, cost control and cash flow.
  • Reviewing and analysing standard costs vs actual performance and initial costings and provide insightful analysis and make recommendations on opportunities to improve performance.
  • Leading and supporting the finance team through high quality practice and provide oversight and guidance in the day-to-day functions.
  • Oversee improvement of financially related internal controls and processes across the wider organisation.

WHAT TO BRING

  • Qualification in Finance or Accounting or related field.
  • Advance knowledge and understanding of all finance functions including, service-as-a-fee / product costing, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and other financial matters.
  • 5 + years demonstrated senior financial team management, reporting and control experience.
  • A thorough understanding of financial governance practice.

TERM

Maximum Term contract until 30 June 2023 with a possibility of extension.
