MANAGER, FINANCE & ADMINISTRATION, KOTA DAMANSARA

•Managing and monitoring of the budget, preparation of management reports, financial performance, cash flow, company tax computation and compliance.

•Liaising with banks, lawyers, auditors and other third parties.

•To ensure the treasury functions of the company is monitored in terms of fund placements for long and short term.

•Review and monitor the financial results of the school on monthly/quarterly/yearly basis.

•Be on an advisory role to the CEO and Principal, as the case may be on financial matters and finance policies and procedures

•To ensure compliance and consistency in work processes and procedures, with the rest of the education group.

•To provide staff support for academic activities and corporate.

•To identify the most appropriate training programmes for the department that will ensure continued enhancement of staff capabilities and strengths.

•To monitor and ensure Company's expenditures are within budget allocated.

•To ensure reporting accuracy, data integrity and be analytical.

•To advise on finance implications on outsource contracts.

•To supervise day-to-day operations of Bursary and to ensure all fees are billed, collected and monitoring of outstanding fees with appropriate approach of recovery actions.

•To ensure sufficient insurance coverage for the school, renewals, and claims (if any).

•To carry out such other duties that may be assigned to you from time to time by the Senior Finance and Administration Manager/the CEO.

Job Requirements:

● Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / Finance or a related field.

● At least 5 years relevant working experience in similar capacity.

● Good communication skills in English is essential.

● Excellent management and organizational skills

● Able to multi-task, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

● Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
