Part Qualified Accountant

Great opportunity for a part qualified accountant to join a really exciting company whom are becoming a household name. Located in their offices in Dublin West this role will work with a great energetic team and give someone seeking to get excellent industry experience to complement their exams This role will have a particular focus on financial accountant with month end duties and also accounts receivable . Roles and responsibilities may include : Supervision and review of invoicing and direct debit processes Preparation of some non-standard invoices and direct debits Liaising with different personnel within the Fuel Card business, including weekly and monthly update meetings, with a focus on credit control Preparation of month end journals Work with department to accurately report monthly results Review of monthly actual v budget Preparation of presentation for monthly Business Review Meeting Preparation and review of balance sheet reconciliations Provide assistance with implementation of new ERP system where necessary Ad-hoc projects and work within the finance department as required Requirements Part-qualified accountant (professional accountancy qualification) At least 2 years of work experience in accounting Strong academics, including relevant 3rd level qualification Ability to work under pressure within a team environment A strong level of IT literacy Ability to meet deadlines and targets Competitive salary with good study support & assistance
