Senior Financial Accountant - Real Estate My client - a leading real estate investment firm are seeking an experienced accountant who will be responsible for financial and management reporting for a portfolio of residential and commercial investments. Responsibilities : Preparation and review of monthly/quarterly reporting for property portfolios Assisting in the preparation of annual business plans and asset management committee submissions, incorporating detailed financial modelling and scenario analysis Investor reporting, including formal and informal engagement with capital partners Cashflow management including payment of operating costs and managing working capital balances Assisting in the negotiation and arrangement of debt financing. Ensuring all bank deliverables are met, including bank reporting and financial covenant testing VAT and other tax submissions Statutory reporting and management of the annual audit process Ad-hoc project related work including property acquisition/disposal, debt financing and tax structuring.
