Change Management Specialist

An exciting role has become available with a leading financial services organisation in Dublin city centre for a Change Management Specialist. The Change Specialist will deliver and support change initiatives throughout the organisation (while providing SME and UAT support when required) in a timely and cost effective manner and implement effective Change governance. The Role: Ensure all change initiatives adhere to PMO procedures Document clear business requirements that allow IT and/or vendors develop change Carry out UAT and highlighting risks and issues and propose mitigating actions Provision of appropriate weekly and monthly MI to Change Management community and Project Management Office Apply effective stakeholder management and ensure that expectations and perceptions are managed effectively Continuous review of operational excellence The Person: Proven experience in a change management role in a financial services organisation Previous experience in documenting test packs and issues(UAT) Strong relationship management skills and willing and able to challenge internal and external obstacles Understanding or pervious experience in finance or treasury departments advantageous but not essential Respected across functions, by peers and senior management This is an great opportunity to join a rapidly growing, Irish organisation with guaranteed opporutnities to progress internally.
