about the company
Our client is a Hong Kong listed property developer with diversified investment in Hong Kong and China. They are now looking for a Finance Controller to station in and oversee the finance department in one of the China operations.
about the job
Reporting to the CFO, you will be assuming all-round finance and accounting responsibilities of the office, ensuring smooth operation and accurate and timely delivery of monthly and annual financial reports for group consolidation. You will be in charge of the management reporting and budget/forecasting of the related entities. You will be leading a team of local finance professionals to deliver the tasks. You will be the key person between Headquarter and China entity.
