Accounts Assistant

Robert Half are working Exclusively working with a growing SME in Eastliegh for a Accounts Assistant for a Temp to Permanent opportunity, you MUST be immediately available. This role is immediate in the first instance due to business expansion. The role will definitely go permanent for the right candidate after a short period.

YOU MUST BE IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE TO APPLY FOR THIS ROLE

Role

Your tasks will include but not limited to:

• Purchase Ledger- Match,Batch and coding
• Liaising with suppliers
• Query handling
• Processing client payments and expenses
• Sales ledger- Raising invoices
• Dealing with client queries
• Debt chasing - ad hoc
• Assisting with month end including: bank reconciliations, some accruals and journal posting

Profile

You will be AAT sturdier or qualified AAT with at least 2 years experience in a similar role. You will need to be able to build rapport with suppliers and clients alike and enjoy being part of a close knit team.

Salary & Benefits

Up to £10 per hour, up to £22k when permanent. Onsite parking and BUPA health care.
