The Opportunity•A key role the Tax Manager will play a key part in the finance team.•Responsible for Tax reporting requirements.•Ensuring the company is compliant in all areas of Tax.•Providing Tax advisory support to all stakeholders and employees.•Supporting complex projects as required.•To develop, monitor and maintain tax policies and procedures, and accounting policies relating to tax within the business.•Ensuring compliance with applicable tax law and accounting standards (IFRS as adopted by the EU).•Coaching and training team members.
Essential Requirements•Qualified Accountant (CA, ACCA or ACA) and a full or part qualified chartered tax advisor•Previous experience in public practice – high/mid-tier desirable•Thorough knowledge of FRS 101 & 102 and full IFRS as adopted by the EU essential•Financial services experience desirable•French/Spanish desirable•Expert proficiency in MSOffice (esp. Excel) essential•Able to consider the global view and contribute to strategic definition•Able to liaise at all levels•Resilient and able to work to strict deadlines
