A brand new Finance Director role has become available at an international Fintech company in Central London.

Reporting directly to the CEO, the incoming Finance Director will be expected to set and execute the strategy for the long term financing of the business, set up all the processes to deliver a scale-able finance function and be able to anticipate increasing requirements for reporting and compliance.

Your background as a CFO or FD within Fintech, will allow you to have a strong affinity with cutting edge Fintech as the revenue streams, costs and risks to the business are all intertwined with the technology.

In order to be considered for this interesting and challenging Finance Director role, you will need:

• At least 2 years direct experience within Fintech
• Successful career as a CFO / FD
• Qualified or Chartered status
• Ability to produce documentation, successfully raise and then manage ongoing obligations for debt and equity financing
• Ability to improve the structure of financial reporting (internal and external)
• Demonstrable experience of structuring and building successful finance teams
• M&A experience is desirable
