Page Personnel are working with a global retail brand to recruit for an experienced accounts assistant on a temporary to permanent basis. This role is supporting an accountancy team of 5 and is situated in Warrington head offices.

Description
Reporting into the Accounts Supervisor the accounts assistant will have the following duties:
- Sales ledger, purchase ledger and inter company reconciliations
Processing payment runs
Credit control including chasing aged debt
Resolving queries from suppliers
Bank reconciliations
- Assist with VAT returns
Profile
The successful accounts assistant MUST have:
- Proven track record in accounts role
- Experience of Sage line 50
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- AAT studying or qualified
- Excellent communication skills
- Organised
