Group Accountant

SF Group are pleased to be working with a successful consultancy group as they look to enhance their accounting team with the addition of an ambitious Financial Accountant to their UK h/q. Working with the UK Financial Controller, you will support their group businesses with responsibilities including:

• Prepare quarterly group management reports for presentation at board meetings including financial KPIs
• Challenge and review controls and processes
• Ensure group financial accounting polices are correct and communicated in a timely fashion
• Support the statutory reporting process including financial, management, group consolidations, treasury
• Prepare the group forecast consolidation based on management forecasts for a 3 year period in a timely and accurate manner
• Provide technical financial support and advice into development projects and wider corporate projects
• Be a member of the bid team bidding for new projects and contracts

This is a hugely diverse role and will suit a first/second time mover. Candidates with strong financial reporting experience (and working in industry) are also encouraged to apply. You must be qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA (or equivalent).
