Salary: Up to £19,500 + excellent benefits
Hours: 37.5 hours with the possibility of some evening and weekend working

About the role
Your role as a Collections Agent is based in our Collections Team, within the Customer Service Department. You will be proactively chasing customers for outstanding debt using multiple methods of communication to recover monies owed to Good Energy. You’ll be expected to review accounts and take action in line with Good Energy’s collection processes, strategy and values.
About you
We need someone positive and self-motivated who is able to work very closely with colleagues and other teams to achieve results. You will have the ability to effectively deal with difficult and complex telephone conversations whilst remaining calm, it’s really important to achieve the best outcome for both Good Energy and our customers. With proven experience in a debt collection role balanced with providing excellent customer service, you will be numerate and literate with excellent attention to detail. Additionally, you will possess excellent negotiation skills with demonstrable experience of influencing and handling complex queries.
